They were promoting epson salts heavily this morning for that very reason. Apparently you can even bathe in them for much the same affect.

Where were they promoting them Daniel? Yes, bathing in them are great too!!!

It was one of the morning's TV programs. Can't remember which, but probably Today. It was part of a segment on Hollywood slimming secrets.

i miss my pimple days.. lol

water, organic products & balanced diet. It really is simple but it's a matter of putting it into practice.

i'm not big on skin care ranges. i think it's overrated and heavily commercialised. i find products made in australia a lot more suitable though. i've used skin care ranges from the likes of chanel but the fact is, the ingredients used is tailored for the lady living in the northern hemisphere. that is, to prepare & protect the skin from the windy & rainy weather of paris which is where it's 'made'. that's why i've concluded for myself to stick to organic products.

exfoliation is key. you can simply use honey, sea salt & egg white at home. the a'kin or alchemy range is great. takes nothing away from your skin.

working out is good also. sweating three times a week = less pimples on a monthly basis, if you know what i mean.

=))

if it's really a worry see a dermatologist. it may just be hormones in which case the pill is great for regulation. but then you must consider the side effects as well as the long term effects.

also, i think time is the best medicine. god i get kind of agitated seeing proactiv stands around westfields. organic & healthy living is key. plus, doesn't britany use proactiv? like eeeww!
