I think a little more sharpness around the face would help, it just looks a little softer then the rest of the photo, have you done a test print? It could just be the way it looks on my monitor.

Hmm on my monitor, when i posted these photos on this site, they were alot brighter than when i uploaded them to facebook/flickr etc so maybe, but i will do a few test prints first, thanks for the suggestion :)

These photos are amazing. I love the concept, the settings, the fashion, they are incredible - well done! As far as any other feedback I think daniel nailed it!

Absolutely love the concept and the photography is amazing.
The only things I wasn't so sure about was...
Number 7: the girl's face doesn't look quite right to me, don't know why I'm afraid...it's her facial expression.
Number 8: Positioning of women's legs looks a bit too 'tidy' maybe? Slightly too perfect looking in the straight pose.
But in all honesty, the photos are a whole are so beautiful that I don't think those matter at all, and it's just my own opinion - I'm sure there are many who don't agree with the things I've pointed out.
I can't see how you won't get in with these, and I'd love to see your exhibition and book - take some photos?! / upload pages?!

Thankyou! :)
Essentially the book will be these photos, one per double page spread. with black at the top/bottom, with clothes credits in the top left hand black area.
An intro page with a dark background and a cover that ive designed to look like a film noir poster with the characters drawn by a friend of mine.
But i can photograph the 2 final framed images and post them, that'll be within the next 3 weeks or so :)
thanks again!

These are amazing !
There are some editing mistakes that people have already pointed out, but otherwise, these look very professional, as if they were straight out of a movie !
Love it.

#10 is my favorite. Did you play around with adjusting the amount of blur in the upper left-hand corner, though? Might be worth tweaking to see if you do some blurring that seems better integrated with the photo. To my admittedly untrained eye, it looks a bit jarring against the sharp foreground. But then again, you might be shooting for that.
Anyway, great job!
