I am currently trying to figure out exactly what it is I want to do in terms of a career! I really wish I was the type of person who just knows exactly what they are good at, but unfortunately I have no idea!

So I've been looking at the possibility of a Talent Agent. I know it would be terribly difficult and stressful, but it interests me so I want to learn more. Maybe more for a modelling agency than TV or Film, but I'm keen to learn all the different aspects! How do people get into the job? What experience would I need? Can I get a job at an agency as a Junior, or even just as Admin Assistant, and work my way up?

Any help at all would be appreciated!

A talent agent would be fun because you would be networking all the time. Maybe you could start off by finding some people you know that want to model and start trying to get them gigs on a small scale? You would have to make sure your talent is really sales worthy. You might also volunteer to work at a modelling agency to establish your networks and find out more.
