I would also say no.
I think people have grown more health conscious nowadays with many finding smoking as unattractive. I've noticed many (in everyday life) would avoid smokers by keeping their distance.

In fashion it isn't used as much as it used to. Although in the past; I remember the days of David Baily and Guy Bourdin where there have been many iconic fashion photos with smoke included in a chic and sexy way.
