I saw the post about her death and it has sparked many emotions in me. Perhaps there is another thread somewhere else about her, if so I apologise. I never met her but her spirit spins around this city. True fashion people live and breathe it in their souls and do not follow, but lead. Issy, though English, found as many do, Paris to be the spiritual fountain that let her flourish. She had a sense of fun, of decadence, of opulence, of perfection, in life, that few have. Quite a few of the now famous designers have her to thank for their success.

She has my deepest respect.
