i love how the spears mum was to release a book on a bit of a how to guide to parenting. Apparently it was dropped by the publishers after this news came out. but seriously if u were the spears mum and u went hmmm one daughter is a dirty tramp who doesnt see her kids and the other is 16 and pregnant.... i know ill release a how to guide of parenting.... seriously u cant be that stupid
