Too weird. From Catwalk Queen:
Japanese designer Aya Tsukioka is so concerned with safety that she has designed the ultimate item for urban camouflage. The skirt folds out in to a vending machine to hide from potential attackers. There is also a backpack which unfolds to look like a Japanese fire hydrant.
