WWD is reporting that the show is canceled due to the licensee Ittierre having filed for bankruptcy protection

MILAN - Just Cavalli has cancelled its fashion show scheduled for Thursday during Milan Fashion Week, a company spokesman said.

Ittierre, the brands licensee, filed for bankruptcy protection earlier this month after running out of cash.

Ittierre also operates under license the VJC Versace, Versace Sport, CNC Costume National and Galliano labels. The CNC Costume National show is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 27 in Milan.
