We've been looking at the trend for tight, shiny black pants, as worn by Kate Moss, fetish-style in PVC.

Hilary Duff jumped on the bandwagon and the stage in a pair of black faux-leather leggings.

I have been searching for a pair of PVC pants for heaven knows how long. I just cant locate ones that fit/dont look like rain pants.
