Kate Moss is reportedly suing a British newspaper over allegations she took part in a "four-in-a-bed" orgy during her 34th birthday party celebrations last week.
News of the World on Saturday claimed Moss got "hot and sweaty with two females and a lucky male guest while a crowd of onlookers snorted cocaine and ogled the eye-popping performance", which allegedly took place at London's Dorchester Hotel.
Moss has now instructed her lawyers Harbottle and Lewis to take legal action, her modelling agency Storm revealed. Moss's lawyers will allege the newspaper published "false and defamatory allegations in the newspaper relating to her 34th birthday celebrations," according to Entertainmentwise.
The newspaper's story included comments from someone claiming to be a "fellow party guest".
"They teasingly took it in turns to snog each other," the source said.
"Then the kissing became fondling and everything except full sex followed."
The guest also claimed Moss's boyfriend's album played throughout the "steamy romp".
Hince is a drummer, guitarist and singer in garage rock band The Kills.
Moss is also set sue her ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty for submitting intimate videos to an ITV documentary about their relationship, according to reports.
