I think that layering is a great way to wear clothing everyday... I think 2 layers is plenty however you probably don't want to go to overboard with it.

I love layering clothes like my new season fav is my Electric Blue Combo of a Printed Darker Shade T-Shirt with Plain Lighter Shade Short Sleeve Shirt on top with a pair of Dark Blue Jeans.

I love layering because it means you can wear one key item over and over (like a black singlet), but be able to make it look completely different from wear to wear. Especially for those fashion conscious people on a budget, layering can both stop you from wearing the same outfit twice in a week, but also stop you from buying new clothes for every day of the year!

Layering can look good on guys, but it depends how its done and whether its worn with confidence

For ladies, layering is great to play with prints and solids at the same time - e.g. a solid coloured lowish-cut v-neck top over a patterned (or even different solid colour) vest. This can also be done to take an otherwise too-sexy top into a daytime environment - where the top is perhaps a great party top, but you'd like to get some wear out of it for a daytime occasion.

In summer I sometimes enjoy layering as it's a fun way of dressing.

For guys, one often finds guys here (South Africa) layering two T's over each other during summer to get the contrast of two colours. I've also seen the wearing of a shirt over a t-shirt, but it's less common.

Girls add layering on their outfit at times, it's nice to see different colors piled up. But in my opinion, layering works only on thin women. I cannot wear a layered outfit because my tummy is kinda big and if I add layering, it gives the illusion of added weight or it looks like that I gained more. Though I find layering cute on guys though, they look clean and neat.

I would say layering is fine if you the how to mix and match colours!For everday- Thumbs Up!!!!

Layering of outfit is depends on the weather or climate in your place. So, if your place has cold climate, you can wear everyday layered clothes.

Layering is so fun, and can allow summer pieces to sneak their way into fall and spring... great for us kids trying not to break the bank!

However, the double polo look is over done, boring, and sort of lame... in my opinion. A little too cliche.

I like loose, funky, boho inspired layers. Much more fun!
