So we all know about the mink coat incident looks like Masha Markova will be taking Lindsay to court over it.

In court papers filed in Manhattan on Monday, the Plaintiff states that Lindsay took wrongful possession of [Markova]s Blond Mink Coat with malice, reckless disregard of [Markova]s rights, and the intention to convert said property to her own possession and benefit without claim of authority, privilege or right.

Masha further claims that Lindsays actions were intentional, oppressive and malicious.

The suit is asking that the court award unspecified damages and attorneys fees.

Ironically, didnt she "luckily" get Sarah Jessica Parker's drycleaning by accident in the movie Just My Luck?

What really puzzles me on this one is why you'd steal something, then wear it out publicly? Is the person not going to notice a massive mink coat?
