What if you meet someone who is nice and funny and they stand up and they're wearing possibly the ugliest pants and shoes you've ever seen?
Is it shallow to run?

Not really I reckon to be fully sexually attracted to someone you have to like the whole package! Some people do need fine tuning but thats easy to deal with but if they are a total fashion disaster ...... TAXI!!!!!!!

Ah, the moral voice inside me wants to say yes, it's shallow to run. But that's experience talking, I turned that voice off years back.

I wouldn't run but would slowly move away, people often look daft when running.

Lol, Daniel that's a bit harsh... well maybe not, but at the same time there is always the possibility that you could teach them something about fashion and maybe take them out shopping to update their wardrobe. And if that didn't work... then back away slowly.

I tried that once, to encourage a different clothing style to an ex and it never worked out, you can dress them once in a while and give them tips, but eventually they will relapse and you will be stuck with someone wearing tie-dye velvet pants...run, just run

i believe that everyone deserves a second chance. It is possible to catch someone on a bad day... I know not all of you have them, but some of us do! Just keep in mind that you dont always know where the person has come from that day... if the next time you see them they are still in need of fashion help thats when yo start thinking strategy!

maybe their dryer fried all their clothes?
was the shirt at least nice?
i guess you could turn and run. I had an ex with bad clothes, i emptied his cupboard and we went and bought new stuff. with his money.
personally, i would give them another shot, if its still horrible, then run!

mm no that's not shallow b/c u just met her!! u can do that to newly mets! but if u stop talking to her strictly based on her shoes and pants then yes i think thats shallow! i mean, u would have friends that aren't all fashionable? she can be another one i guess :) if not, then just run forest run!
