Tried yourself between evening and morning? I find I always fluctuate between the two.

You know what you should do? Tea straight up before every meal and exercise before breakfast. I lost a good 10kilos over 8 weeks last summer. Got hardcore stretchmarks though

Still going last time I checked was at 78 not seeing much difference though, energy rush is still present when taking them though which I guess is still a good sign.

Dude, the energy rush is from the Guarana...

Have you changed your diet, your sleeping patterns, the amount of water you consume, etc? How much exercise are you doing a day? Is it intensive or just going about for walks?

The effects aren't instant, they take time :) I've been trying to get back into running and within 2-3 weeks I'm seeing a huge improvement in the distance I can run without taking a break. It's been double the distance in the same amount of time.

I changed my diet to consuming less carbs and more protein and vegies. Don't just rely on pills. I'm not a huge fan of diet pills, it's hard to believe that there's a miracle pill that helps you lose weight.

I'm active usually anyway, but I have stepped up exercise and also started back on the protein shakes, less carbs.

The pills I'm taking are just to assist, I probably should have made this clearer when I started out. When I talk about the energy rush I mean the ability to continue working out harder and longer then I used to be able to.

ahh lean system 7. Hasnt worked for me in the past. Has a really bad aftertaste.
Hope it works out for you Allan. Yeah it does help somewhat in regards to giving you '2nd wind' at the gym.

OT: I've resorted to doing the '300' workout with a few friends. 1 month in and starting to see results.
