So, we've noted that Metallic Heels are a sure trend at the moment. But what about their more practical sibling, the metallic flat?


The choice between flats or heels is a matter of personal preference - but for those who find flats too dull, metallics are a good solution. They're more interesting and add some flair to an outfit, without the discomfort of high-heels. I have a woven silver pair that I bought last year that I'm currently wearing to death. Great for the work office with all those stairs.

I am personally tired of the whole ballet shoe era and prefer to see something with a robust heel. As far as metallic is concerned, it's still H.O.T

I've a silver pair, I haven't had that much wear out of them, but they certainly add something to an otherwise dull outfit.
