as if u can use photoshop on TV when watching Victoria Secret :p
It's not Photoshop, but the Victoria's Secret videos are all re-touched. It's one of the reasons there's a massive delay between the parade being held, and it going to air.
well it's not just technology, but also the make-up and lighting. I know lighting does play a big part.
