Hey ladies, is anyone in the finals of miss earth 2008? we have to pay $1700 each for flights, hotel, food etc has been suggested that i try and get designers envolved but all the designers i know are poor or alternatively not willing to part with any where near that kind of money!!!!!!!

this can be the area where we can talk about the essentals: dress, make up, hair, transport, hotel, and most inportantly for me...... food! lol

Congrats on the finals Claire :) Does that $1700 go straight to the competition and they organise everything for you, or is that an estimated amount of how much you'll need to organise it all yourself? And how long do you spend in Sydney?

wellllllll, we have to pay them the $1700 each and it pays for flights, accomodation (for a week) food each day, clothing (not including my ball gown) all our transfers, tickets to events, media coverage swimsuits everything i think- im having a meeting with the victorian manager next week to have a chat about it- me and another finalist are thinking about windscreen washing!!! lol

Just a quick update!!!! official invitations/information will be released here asap but for now. Lucinda and I are running a HUGE runway show. It will be held on the 6th of August at F Four 322 little collins st, melb. Featuring- joolz, ethicool, eco girl, chic activist and moneypenny. Live music from some of Melbourne's hottest bands and D'j's and other exciting stuff like a live auction and interactive make up session where melbournes top MUA will recreate classic looks and give you all the top tips!!

with more top designers/hot models/media and more celebrities than you'll know what to do with- this is not a show to be missed!!
