Rychtrm! I tryed to just send you a message but it wouldn't let me!
I finally purchased these miu miu's and i LOVE them! they are amazing! But on their first outing the gold ornament on one the heels snapped, much the same as my heart!
I googled relentlessly trying to find miu miu contact information and failed but stumbled across your post saying you contacted her directly!... Any chance you could email me the contact info, or any other suggestions on how to get my lovely little teacup handle repaired?!

I think your best bet would be to ring a PRADA store and ask them for their recommended repairer. Did you purchase it through a store?

My mother hunted them down from the US for my birthday, and I definitely don't have the heart to tell her they are already damaged thus I'm not too sure which store they were purchased from..

I just thought a Prada store would fob me off, but I guess it's definitely worth a try..

I'd say they're your best shot. Internationally they're all owned by PRADA (some luxury retailers are still 'franchises' for want of a better term) so I think they'd at least be able to point you in the right direction; moreover I'm sure they wouldn't have any hesitation in revealing whom does their repairs to a client.
