Is it just me, or does Moscow always have this sort of culture of its own? Even now, they still sort of rock this fashion. And it always looks good on them! I love this photographer's eye, by the way. He has a very clean eye, almost like wedding photography or journalistic shots. Most nations steal from others... Most European countries steal fashion from France, and the US steals it from the Europeans. But Russia always seems to be doing its own thing...
