ok umm it's kinda hard to explain this but i need help with my uniform style. My uniform has limits though: Purple white gray and black collerd shirts(polos) and kahki slacks. I know not a lot of options, oh and gray chucks and brown and black one star shoes and white chucks and brown vans. A black cardigan with gray on it and gray argyle v-neck. so yea could you please help me??
I would also suggest that Alex wore a long sleeves cardigan, e.g.
white polo, khaki slacks and brown cardigan, that would be perfect with the brown Vans he posted.
I was thinking that a business like shirt would be more fitting than polo shirt. But would the look be too geeky? Geek chic is easier (in my opinion) to be done on women than the men since they can dress things up with belts, funky skirts and scarves. And if you don't add any obvious chic then you're just left with the geek.
I usually add something unique to the look. Or anything unique about how you wear the clothing. Like rolling sleeves up, tie a long sleeve jumper around the waist or slip on some silver reflective glasses rather than the usual bold geek glasses. Or even hanging your Raybans off your shirt/polo. Anything to give it some uniqueness to the look to avoid the fully geek image. (Unless the geek look is what you intend.)
