Any recomendations for a New York hotel that is chic but won't cost me an arm and a leg? Right now I'm booked at Hotel Gansevoort at a corporate rate, but it's still uber pricey. Or if someone has a 'hook-up' in the New York hotel business...that would rock.

I'm a big fan of the Chelsea but it probably won't be cheap. Depends on the season I guess.
