Post by Daniel It is objective and it's not slander to find a person ugly and the press can supposedly operate in freedom, however if the sueing party can identify how allegations made by the press have resulted in personal injury (i.e. damage in reputation ending in the loss of lucrative deals), the law may well demand a retraction as well as monetary reimbursement equivalent to the estimated loss. |
