23 year old anorexic Isabelle Caro posed for Nolia's latest campaing. Shot by Oliviero Toscani, it has already sparked plenty of controversy.

We tend to think that putting Isabelle Caro next to a runway model actually highlights that there is a major difference between an anorexia sufferer and a model... While at one time models might have been unhealthily thin, most now look very healthy in comparison.

What do you think of the campaign? Is it exploitation of an anorexia sufferer for the sake of publicity?

i think if she was happy to do it then it shows the reality of what anorexia can do to a person.

I guess it also depends alot on the intentions behind it; did they do it more for the shock value and the publicity it would bring, or for genuine concern about the industry? It's impossible to know though.

I think it's a great advertisement, it shows the difference between what a model really looks like and someone dying...
Maybe if it gets around enough, people will stop bashing models because it's ingrained in everyone's head that models don't eat. You know?
