This is related to Where's the Weirdest Place You've met someone? but a little different.

What is everyone's take on meeting online?
Is it sketchy?
Can you fall for someone you've never met face to face?

I guess you can certainly lust after them, and it would be nice to think you could fall for them (cause it would imply you'd fallen for personality, as opposed to sexuality).

Everyone talks differently online
Some people can be totally different in real life

I meet people online, offline, in a line and anywhere i am.

The thing is, you just have to take the step and live the action.... be it meeting up, lust, coffee whatever. Actions always speak lounder then words. So meet people online then offline and get it on or whatever you wanna do... But dont be a pussy and sit here talking about it! be active, seek it, and like nike say just do it.

At some point, it will lead to a face to face met.. if not its time to block lol

I always make myself free for coffee and meet ups with my consumers and the best thing is that every person has a story to tell and i love to hear it.

So message me and tell me your story.

the closest i would say is if u start chatting to someone who lives in the same city as u and then meet them out while clubbing or sumwhere like that and thats how it starts. so u recognize them from online but really MEET them in the real world

i once met a bf online- we knew each other for 5 years, used to talk on the phone etc, but he lived in sydney, so one day i decided to jump on a plane and go meet him and it was instant. we stayed together for 5 months, i flew to sydney for weekends, weeks, even days off and wasted aroudn 10 grand but it didnt last cuz of the distance. but he was the exact same as he was online and i guess thats why it worked. thinkign back now though- it was a really stupid thing to do!

ruru, I think I like your story best...it's very movie like...

I guess it's only fair I answer my own question:

I met a guy from New York online and we have been having some sort of strange telephone affair...not so much that it's an affair really but we talk and text and email constantly...we're going for drinks when I get to the City and I'll obviously keep you all posted on what the hell he's actually like...he is very, very hot (and is an international Opera singer...I researched it...it's not b.s.)
