Every time PETA invades a show they take the wrong course of action. Instead of educating, they act like vigilantes and turn people against their cause.

So it comes as no surprise that this 'egg on their face' story is tickling a few people in the fashion industry;

PETA apologized to Miuccia Prada for invading her show! They realized her runway fur was faux, and their catwalk storm of her show wasn't just self righteous, it was actually wrong.

To atone, they sent Miuccia two dozen roses and a note of congratulations on her collection.

But wait.

Don't roses have rights, too?

They should check their facts before doing those kinds of stunts. But it's good to hear they apologised for it...

It's hilarious how they apologised though.

For a 'conservationist' group to send flowers smacks of irony. For instance, from other conservation groups we learn that "the average bunch have flown 33,800 miles to reach Britain".

It's all lunacy, but now it'll be lunacy vs. lunacy.

They're just fanatics, and fanatics are crazy.

I'm a member of PETA...and by PETA I mean People Eating Tasty Animals....and that is a great story.

Hah, well done! That reminds me of the saying "I used to really love cats, but now I find I get heart burn".

Or "I love children... with salt".

Probably about their only clever campaign;
