2007's Perth Fashion Festival kicked off yesterday with a preview parade for the media. Always keen to support the Australian fashion industry Fashionising.com were there represented by fashioniser Matt Jelonek who'll be lensing the festival for your viewing pleasure.

it wasnt that great of an event.... not even getty images wanted photos from the event as she, contact from getty images said the PR work for the PFF wasn't great and nothing special from this event either! but anyways, i should still send PFF my feedback of a un well organized bla bla bla boring show. lol media - - UNfriendly!!!

Hahaha i decided not to waste the paper they wanted my feedback on. Not to mention my time or efforts. I couldn't bring myself to even read the feedback form. I know of 1 designer in particular that has been apart of the event for yrs now & wasn't even invited to the wrap up party! Great PR team alright! PFF more like PFFT!!

It's unfortunate that a lot of Australia's fashion weeks seem to go down that path. Much like AFW - needs to be much better organised! p.s. Great photos Matt :D Just realised there was no credit in my post tho, I'll add one!

The organisation behind RAFW is terrible.

My dream, or an ambition, would be to organize events, something.. even the PFF :D hehe
