Yeah i think that Nat Portman definalty pulls it off the best.
It suits her face shape more than anyone :)

Mena Suvari has that crop for a movie she's in.

Definitely depends on the face shape. Really doesn't suit Elisha as well

I agree with Pirostitch.
Face shape is the most important thing.. I think hair/skin colours can also make a bit f a difference.

face shape is critical for this particular cut but short hair on any female needs strong, well defined features.
