Does anyone have satellite (not pay) TV showing Fashion TV in Australia?

I noticed that one of the Asian satellites that reaches Australia shows it, but I'm not sure if it's a special Asian edition? And if it is, do they still show content from Europe or is it slanted towards Asian designers and models?
