The convent looks gorgeous - frankly I think I'll go just to check out the buildings... :)

I was a little slow off the mark, made it as they were closing down! Much the same designers at the St. Kilda location only it had a much better buzz. Lots of unique bits and pieces and one off designs. They try and keep it local. Shirts and Skirts have a website that I think has contacts for joining up though I recently heard that Jewellery designers were being knocked back because there were too many. http://www.shirtandskirtmarkets.com.au/
Had a nice enough coffee in the bakery there to warm up - must warn you though the service on the weekend is appalling, 5 staff members behind the counter all very studiously ignoring a HUGE line of people.... I hate that.

Well that sounds good, despite the queues... good to know it's worth checking out :)
