Grey bow tie with a sharp white short sleeved shirt - hot look!

I still don't know how to tie a bow tie.
I wonder if a Full Windsor knot would be too much for a short sleeved shirt.

I think so. A full Windsor (well, what we call a full Windsor) is somewhat too chunky for slim fit clothes. I prefer the five in hand myself.

As embarrassing as it is to admit, I chose the full Windsor because of James Bond's opinion of men who sport it, it's just a habit now.

see i use a bow tie as a wristlet. not around the neck but tie it around the wrist.

Not at all - I think a lot of men would have first encountered the idea of 'refined dressing' through such a character.

Oh no it wasn't that. It's just that Bond remarked that the Windsor knot was "the mark of a cad."

nah man - bow ties are massive at the moment - you just gotta know how to pull it off - try going for geeky chic and just make it work

Oh I'm totally geek, I just stopped wearing the glasses. The problem is where my office is, if I went out wearing that combo at lunch I'd definately get beaten up.
As a weekend thing or if I worked in the CBD then sure.
