no i think you should leave it the way it is.
if you do cut it only cut it a bit beacuse i think the longish hair works better with your face. Short hair also makes you look very nerdy, like your mum cut it :)

Longer is more unique at the moment - most guys have short and spikey - my vote is leave it longer :)
