I honestly dont mind the structured shoulder look... I think its looks best when its a little more subtle though... The very first picture with the pink floral dress reminds me of a lego man or some from of toy where the arms have been stuck on at the shoulders. A bit over the top for my liking.

Shoulder pads make beautiful girls look like linebackers. Wont catch me in them!
