Hey guys,

I have confirmation that I and atleast a few others WILL definitly be attending this match.

Just wondering if anyone knows what the situation out there is like and if there are any social marquees set up at Weribee, as last time I attended I was just in the members carpark section but none of us will be driving so are not interested in doing the car park this year!

Also everyone should come along I think, and Werribee is so much easier to attend for everyone than Portsea!


Getting a bit excited so be sure to let me know.

I'll definitely be there. There are usually a few marquees, though from experience it's better to get together and rent a car space on the field with some friends. Then you have your own self-catered marquee.

Here's one maruqee:

On Saturday the 7th of February, the 2009 International Polo Day returns to Werribee Park. Tickets for the viva RCH marquee are now on sale with all profits going to the Pain Management Unit at the Royal Childrens Hospital.

International matches between England, Argentina and Australia will take place throughout the day while hospitality of the marquee is enjoyed with friends. For those wanting to compete on the field themselves, champagne dashes and other traditional activities are not to be missed. Tickets are available now but are limited.

This reduced ticket price includes access to the viva RCH marquee with complimentary hospitality throughout the afternoon.

boooooooooo allan! daniel I cant find the information regarding the extra $20 for travel. do you know what the go is with that? are you taking the transport option? are you going out afterwards? I was just thinking about heading into St Kilda. Too many questions I know!
