This one is completely different.
I really like what this guy has done, but I think there are two different styles going on here. The top doesn't work with the bottom, and vice versa. Seperate them (minus the hand bag?) and you've got two awesome outfits out of the one look!

im not sure about guys with boots over jeans, is it popular overseas?
I can only think of seeing Pete Doherty doing it, and I haven't actually seen it on anyone else. That said, I think it works fine on guys :)

I think the boots over jeans on the guy looks fine... but doesn't match with the rest of the outfit. The top half of the outfit is great in that dandy kind of way... the boots should go with something more casual though.
