This is it;

Dear god that calls for a severe beating. Napolean Dynamite came out years ago and even then the fad lasted about 1/2 year to a year at most. As far as Fluoro is concerned it burned my retinas the first time around, why would I want to see it again....that is not street style. Street style is unique and to its own wear people wear clothing fearlessly that is not herd mentality.

Oh and outfit above, he definitely pulls it off.
