I love a good oversized white shirt, or 'boyfriend' shirt. So much so that I've rambled on with some thoughts on how to wear them in the fashion blogs.



What do you think of this look, and how do you wear it?

They both look gorgeous!!

I have more white shirts than I you can poke a stick at. I just bought a gorgeous Ralph Lauren linen one with tuxedo pleats at the front for summer.

Whose the girl in the first photo? With such a long face she shouldnt be just showing her clevage. Makes her a bit megan gale trot trot. In saying that i love a white shirt. I think more unfitted like Keira's is adorable. To make it into a dress a cinge belt would be to die. And there is defenantly something sexy about it.

The first one is Victoria's Secret model, Alessandra Ambrosio. I prefer them unfitted too personally :)

Hi everyone,
I live in the UK and want to buy a boyfriend shirt for my wife UK size 18, can someone please point me in the right direction.
A long shirt like the one Keira Knightley is wearing in the photo would be ideal but I do not have a clue as to where to get one.
I have googled all sorts but to no avail.
Please help

Keira Knightley looks definitely hot in her boyfriend shirt.
I adore Keira Knightley, though I do not can admit, that she was totally Chanel, but she is beautiful and perfect and she is my personal number one. :)

And I agree with TootToot, that it looks better on Keira because it looks more easy going. :) Effortless is the key to a successful outfit.

David - here is one from Asos which is available up to UK size 20. It's 30 pounds so pretty reasonable :)



There will be plenty of others online... you can also try searching for "shirt dress" as some will be labelled as such.

You could also just go for a big men's size - I have some mens shirts I wear as dresses! :)
