So there will be about 150 people only and it is going to be a big event here in houston i heard. I was invited since my dad got me a invitation and so was my sister. I knew what I was going to wear but looks like my mom went to france and took the outfit with her. So now I am stuck I have no idea what to wear. It is in October 26th 2009 and I still don't know what to wear! So tips please?

Does the invite have a dress code?

They didn't say that is a hige issue I am only 16 so this is my first invite to something like this the girl says I and my sister are the two youngest people going. I am mad at her for saying alomost nothing about what to wear I know it is a cocktail party but not a big one with those big dresses and loads of jewls. So i dont know what she ment about that.
