Yeah I read an article the other day about how those are currently the most popular when it comes to surgery... the really obvious big round ones that look permanently pushed up. I don't quite get it - surely the natural ones look better???

they look stupid. seriously. i have real boobs that size, they dont hang by my knees and i can go without a bra but they are not bolt-on-grapefruit looking at all!
and fake boobs feel weird.
trust me on this one girls, big boobs are not as much fun as you think...

back to the cheek implants - I wonder what they will look like when the skin gets older? The skin becomes thinner, hence they will look lumpy under the skin.

Careful, if you regain some of the weight, it will deposit somewhere else on your body. ie arms, back or internally. Having said that, a friend had it done for her wedding and looked fab, though I didnt see her under the dress. She is also now expecting a baby and has put on weight in all the normal places. Discuss it with a specialist and drive them crazy with questions and some more. This is a serious operation and makes breasts a minor op if that helps. Bleeding is one of the main problems. Think carefully about what vitamins you take too, as this also has a large factor on bleeding.
