The issue is with the CERN Hadron Collider, or the Large Hadron Collider, and by larger they mean huge.

Anyway, there's some thought that when it's turned on and used it may cause mini black holes to form, even to the point where some people are suing to stop it going ahead. Don't worry too much though folks, the majority scientific consensus that even if mini black holes are formed they're too short lived to do any damage.

This thing will be "coming alive" in Liverpool.
