From what I know they've finally started on the interior and are hoping to open it before mid-year.
Rumour has it a Gucci is coming to Collins Sreet, and a Rolex is setting up shop at present.

Did you mean to say Gucci, because there's a Gucci on Collins at present? And yes Prada is taking frustratingly long to open!

Sir Philip Green vows to keep Topshop US English
Sir Philip Green has vowed to stick with Topshop's English roots when he launches his first US store in October. The Topshop boss is even said to be considering organising a fleet of red double deckers to line the streets of New York in celebration of his new store launch on Broadway. Well, he certainly has the dosh to do it... He is even sending over a few of his UK staff to help run his new US store for the first few weeks. Green hinted that he is looking at the possibly of opening "a couple more stores" in Manhattan, alongside the new flagship at 478 Broadway in SoHo. "We don't want to be on every street corner," he added.
