Just curious... which Presidential candidate's wife do you think is the most fashion savvy? We've been seeing a lot of these potential first lady's in the news recently.

I couldn't pick Mrs. McCain out of a crowd, but can I just state I find Mrs. Obama highly overrated. So, a stylist puts her in a few expensive frocks. Of what importance is the lady in the whole scheme of things?

Today I read of this whole saga in the press about which of the women involved in the campaigning shops at H&M and Gap, and who spent $150,000 on an entire wardrobe. If anyone decides a vote on this, or is slightly swayed, I pity them.

I heard the same story. Here's my two cents:
If you're going to be put on a podium and paraded around tv and in public, I understand you have to dress the part. Maybe this doesn't mean spending big bucks on clothing, but I'll give this particular woman the benefit of the doubt and say that perhaps it was easier to find the right outfit at an expensive store. Either way, it's also been shown that many gentlemen have been put in the same political predicament, or a similiar one where BIG bucks have been spent on haircuts, facials, etc. Bottom line: I don't care that much. And can I ask... These are politicians so are you really surprised?
