Kristen Stewart looks like she;

I think this is one of her better looks, actually. She looks edgy and hip. The only improvement I would make is making the dress a little more fitted. I think her hair looks great, and the shoes are fun.
As for looking tired... It this point I think that's just her face. =P

That might be the most hideous purse I have ever seen. And for me to say that means a lot... I live in an epicentre of people who try to be fashion forward but fail.
