Out of interest, how do internships work in the US?
Basically, they are mostly full-time grunt work. Running to vendors, calling reps and answering phones...and if you are lucky, going to photo shoots and helping with stylist work. Unfortunately almost all of them are unpaid.
I know Im late but that is so cool.....I kind of need help, I attend a school for fashion retail. But I want to get a intern so I can havr so type of experience. Does anyone know what would be a good place to stadrt out with. Im in the DMV( washington DC,Maryland, and VA) area.
