haha allan... thats sumwhat similar to my exgf. I met her as she was my waitress for a mates bday dinner. Was the first time i did it to but there was just something about her.

hmmm best one would probably be my last gf where she is actually an international student studying in adelaide. She comes from california and i was doing a promotion as a tour guide for the Adelaide City Council. It really was a stand there look good job but me being me i chatted with everyone. Well chatted to her and it went from there. But i forgot to think about the whole "she has to go back home after her exchange" thing.

I met my boyfriend on myspace!

I met my boyfriend on myspace too! Then I met him at his work (shady dodgy bar in St Kilda) in real life. He kept giving me free drinks and he put double in it. (Who can resist free alcohol?) So i got really wasted and threw up everywhere, at the bar, under the table, in the backroom. CLASSY!

I met one of my ex's at uni, she was across a massive room working on her laptop and was looking at me but was acting like she was not...anyway she left her laptop on and went to the bathroom, i walking over to her laptop and put in a nice message with my number but not saying that is was directly me.... she walked back to her laptop, read the message and walked over to me not knowing if it was really me or not and said 'where and when'....which ended up lasting for two nice months.

oh the single life now :(

intercollege debate competition. he won best speaker for his team, i won best speaker for my team, and our verbal battle was so fierce the judges kept ringing the bell to let us know that our time was way way over. after which he came over and i glared at him thinking that he was going to gloat because they had won by one vote. i asked him quite snidely whether he was coming around to stomp on what remained of my pride, and he grinned instead, and replied cockily, "I'll give you some of your pride back...if you let me take you out for coffee."

i was taken aback, but managed to say, "it had better be one very expensive cup of coffee." school mates were always worried to see us together...we looked more like enemies than a couple.

gah. i was such a weirdo to be attracted to argumentative/arrogant men.

I 'met' my current BF at rehearsals for an aerial show I was doing. I put it that was because I didn't actually notice him at rehearsals but he noticed me because of something typically stupid and retarded I said when I thought no one else could hear me, heh. :)

We didn't actually speak to each other for the first time until about a month later when we happened to be eating dinner at the same pub one night and the people he was with knew me and decided to sit down and share my somewhat empty and lonely table.

I classify this as weird because I was totally oblivious to the fact I'd met someone, or even that we'd gone on a first date (I thought he was just being nice and buying me dinner, what a dork! You can tell I've been off the dating scene for a while).
