Thought I'd start a thread to see what web based resources everyone has found.

Below are the links I use a lot:

www.dpreview.com - Probably the best digital camera review site I've found

www.nikonians.com - Great site if you are a Nikon fan

www.photo.net - This is probably the best photography community I've found, you can set up a portfolio and have images rated and commented on, also there are some great tutorials and forums.

www.outbackphoto.com - Is a great site for technial information about photography.

www.fredmiranda.com - Another excellent resource for reviews and opinions by users on camera gear

Cool, thought I'd add a couple of the stock agencies I use

http://www.gekkoimages.com - great generic stock agency really look after the photographers interests.
http://www.rovingeye.com - These guys are great with a focus on travel photography. Thery are Australian based so anyone living in other countries has it easy :)
