I expect the fashion world is just missing Anna Piaggi (RIP)

I am not a huge fan of Marc Jacobs myself to be honest, especially his most recent show. I didn't like one single thing to be honest but I've said the same thing about Prada before. When they had those color-blockish shirts a few years ago, eeek.

To say someone is talented because they have had 4 singles in the top 20, is to know nothing of the music industry.

A number 1 single does not prove talent.

GaGa walks a thin line between caricature and costume.
What has she contributed to the fashion world apart from her exposed bum cheeks? Not a lot except regurgitated pastiches of all the female pop stars we've encountered in the past 30 odd years. From Debbie Harry to Nina Hagen to Siouxie Sioux to Boy George and Marilyn(80s trans singer) to Madge to Wendy James to Gwen Stefani to Xtina Aguilera to KYLIE. Add Donatella Versace and Dame Edna while we're there.
As a performer and singer... that's another story surely filled with controversial and diversed opinions.
JMO of course but unlike Madge...GaGa lacks mystery.Wearing black shades, avant garde outfits and hanging out with Woody Woodpecker a.k.a Perez Hilton does not buy her immediate access to it.
Its a pity because I find Stefania Germanotta quite fascinating. Now SHE is mysterious.

Power to Ga Ga , She wins the haters loose , )))))
She is the only women on the plannet who can get 13+ pages written about her on fashionising.com and she is only just begining.
Only a true genius intimidates and gets under your skin like she can.
she rules.!!!!!!))))))

Hmm, well Lady Gaga seems to have a decent singing voice, and she can apparently play piano. And even if her hits are generated by teams of shadowy producers, the resulting product is better than most crap that passes for pop these days. Yes she's kooky, and not exactly Mozart, but she's not the first person I'd target in the world of banal celebrities either.

She wrote her songs herself...

Kate Moss has 43 pages. Miranda Kerr has 25.

Thugs intimidate. Hitler gets under my skin too. I wouldn't generalise and put genius into that category personally.

Lady GaGa recently met Vogue Creative Director Grace Coddington who was apparently quite impressed by the lady.

"I met her backstage at Marc Jacobs and introduced myself. She was wearing a ferociously studded mask and insisted on kissing my cheek, which almost blinded me. Gaga really makes such an effort just for a simple meeting in the office. She was wearing Philip Treacys hat with Vogue written on it when she came to see Anna, and when she came to see me the next day she had sprayed her hair red. I was really amused and flattered."
