I admit, I usually don't go anywhere I'm not on the list, so I haven't had to try and get through the security ... having my "personal assistant" call ahead seems to work just fine if I want on the list ... "Hi, this is Beverly, S.Mc.C's personal assistant. He'll only be in town for a night and thought he might pop by your place if you've got the space, otherwise he'll be happy to be seen at Hot Spot." Of course they have no idea who I am but they feel like they should based on the way any assortment of my female friends talk to them.
Oh wait ... I did "Crash my jag" to get a reservation changed at a restaurant in New York that was booked 3 weeks out, does that count?
