Do you think positive thoughts, like 'If i jog I will look better' or do bad thoughts make you run faster like 'my arteries will explode if you dont do this'
i am motivated by my lifestyle. going for a swim or jog & having the breeze in my face & sand under my feet & let me add the waves in my ear :) that feeling, time can't disturb! but time controls work & uni & all other leisure activities..
I'm motived by thinking time. I come up with some of my best ideas when walking or in the shower. I'm looking forward to the day when I can combine the two, then I'll be having ultra ideas.
I also find it hard to be motivated... although, I'm ok at night, I just can't get up extra extra early to do excersise in the morning! Maybe being able to do something else to take your mind off it will help... like listening to your ipod or watching tv (if you have a treadmill or something like that)
