I thought I'd start this topic to see how our active Fashionisers are doing.
What workouts/sports have you been doing?
I can sense the season change coming up so hopefully I can get new ideas from this thread for workouts and sports to try out.
For me:
I go to the gym every weekday. My workouts usually includes weights (usually bench press, forearm lifts, basic lifts and the occasional lunges) to help tone muscles. Then I normally do the treadmill and rowing machine to help condition my body for sports and dance. Then basic sketches to warm down.
This season (Winter) I've been doing indoors rockclimbing as well as taking dance classes (hiphop and funk/pop) every week.
i walk everywhere and i'm a pretty fast walker so i count that as working out, well sort of. i go to the gym once a week which includes treadmill, weights and ab workouts. i play squash once a week which i love but not as much as the pole dancing i do on Sundays. Pole dancing is great to improve upper body strength and flexibilty and plus its soo addictive!
