I'm thinking of wearing this neon yellow tank to a concert. I definitely want to wear heels with it. Other than that, what would you wear with it? HELP!!!

Hmm the pic is a bit hard to see, but I'm thinking it would probably be cute with a pair of denim cutoff shorts, or some skinny jeans - given it looks quite slouchy.

I think I would wear it with really tight jeans and a short jacket, maybe some sort of bollero and high heels.
